Bed Bugs and Dust Mites? Our Vapor Steam Cleaners are 250 degrees F up to 320 degrees F. 111 to 113 degrees F is suggested for Bed Bug and Dust Mite control.
Bed bugs are a major problem at this time and steam cleaners are a great way to kill bed bugs and their eggs chemical free. Here is some information from one of our dealers. The thermal death point for the common bedbug is only 111o F. to 113o F. Use a steam cleaner to steam the cracks and crevices and mattress week......ly using only tap water to kill and remove bed bugs.
Use the triangle brush and clip a towel to the brush. Make sure that the towel is tight on the brush, this directs the vapor steam to the bottom of the brush. Go over you mattresses, upholstery slowly. If leather or vinyl upholstery be sure to move quickly as the vapor can dry out the leather.
Clip a towel to the large rectangle brush to slowly go over the carpet and larger floor areas. Carpet and upholstery should dry inside of 15 minutes. Our systems do not soak your carpet and soft goods.
Use the steam nozzle without the nylon detailing brush. Direct the steam into cracks and crevices where bed bugs can hide and lay their eggs. If doing base boards be swift enough as not to damage and melt the paint or varnish.
Use the steam nozzle inside chest of drawers. Direct the steam onto the drawer rails, corners, crevices and any other areas that bed bugs can hide. Test areas for timing so you will know how quickly you will have to move the steam to prevent damage.

Grout and Tile Cleaning:
Just blowing off some steam so to speak about how other companies clean grout and tile in a very shoddy way. Just this past month we have completed 4 restorations of damaged grout due to untrained high pressure cleaners in the Metro Phoenix area. Problems we have found, blown out grout, stained grout due to chemicals and grout with regular household paint on it to hide the problem areas. It's really sad to find problems like this. The customer has to pay twice the money and time to have their grout back the way it was when installed. A good place to check out a company's reputation is with the Maricopa County Better Business Bureau.
